“Las Balsas” is a documentary short film, with lyrical and social approach, about the people who transit daily by the Uruguay River, on the border between Rio Grande do Sul and Argentina, in ferries that circulate continuously through the frontier waters. The project, developed in association with the production company La Rastrojera, was awarded with the Entre Fronteras fund, created in partnership by IECINE (State Institute of Cinema of Rio Grande do Sul) with IAAVIM (Audiovisual Arts Institute of Misiones).
